The AP statistics course is designed for high school students who hope to enroll in college after they graduate from high school. To make your learning process easier, you might think about hiring an online AP Statistics tutor to help you review the fundamentals of statistics and gain proficiency with probability, quantitative, variable, and categorical data. You will become familiar with the key ideas and methods for gathering, examining, and deriving conclusions from data. Along with designing surveys and tests, you’ll also engage in discussions and activities that investigate statistics. The AP Statistics Exam will assess your knowledge of the mathematical ideas presented in the course units, as well as your aptitude for using statistical techniques and calculating probability.
AP Statistics is a college-level statistics course for students who are aspiring to major in Economics, Data Science, etc related courses. Here are some of your major options if you choose to study AP Statistics:
Some of the career choices to pursue in college for Statistics are Actuarial Analyst, Financial Analyst, Data Scientist. Here are some of the top colleges you could possibly consider applying to.
Like all our online tuition, AP Statistics follows our proven T.E.S.T. Methodology. For the AP Statistics, this Means:
Lessons are prepared by credible AP statistics tutors, and conduct doubt clearing sessions, wherever needed. Intimidating theoretical topics like Inferences, Regression Analysis and Probability are given more attention, to make it comprehensive and engaging at the same time.
Pre-recorded videos including topic coverage, tips and tricks, uplifting your skills for communicating explanations or justifications using evidence from data, definitions, or statistical inference which strengthen student’s scoring ability !
The student then begins practising topic-wise assignments to reinforce their learnings focusing on collecting and exploring data, probability and sampling distributions, and skill categories. TYCHR also provides monthly progress reports to keep a track of student’s performance.
Finally, the student moves on to solving AP Statistics question papers in exam-style conditions for Section 1(MCQ’s) and the part A(Free responses) and part B(Investigative Task) for Section 2. They then receive checked answer sheets and a comprehensive answer key to each.

Building a Foundation for Analysis
The scope for both subjects are different therefore you would be able to make a decision based on that. AP Statistics is more for students who want to pursue Business, Commerce and Finance majors. As for AP Calculus AB, it is more for students who are pursuing majors that are STEM centric.
The whole AP Statistics Exam—both the multiple-choice and the free-response portions—allows you to utilize a calculator. Calculators, whether scientific or graphing, may be utilized as long as they don’t have any prohibited capabilities or features.
